The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms, although a bit stuffy due to the heater, were well-appointed and the prompt resolution of issues was superb. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the concierge staff like Ms. Liz Kang who was incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic with great views and a central position, although the presence of protests could be a downside. The dining experience was mixed, with some wonderful options but occasional waiting times. Overall, a hotel with a lot to offer, but with minor areas for improvement.
